Blackstone burgers are one of my favorite recipes to cook on the griddle. The burgers always come out perfectly cooked with a crispy texture and juicy on the inside.

This recipe for taco burgers takes your burgers to the next level. The taco seasoning and salsa provide the burger with so much flavor. If you love taco recipes, try our Blackstone street tacos or Blackstone ground beef tacos.

How to Cook Burger indoors:

Yes, you can make this taco burger recipe on the stove. We recommend using a large skillet or a cast iron skillet. Using the cast iron skillet is very similar to cooking on the griddle.

Place taco burger in a skillet with oil and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes per side. Add your favorite topping and serve.
