So far, USA track superstar Noah Lyles has proven he is one of the top sprinters in the world, winning gold in the men’s 100-meter final and settling for bronze in the 200-meter final despite dealing with a bout of COVID-19.

But Lyles isn’t the only track and field athlete making news—USA’s Cole Hocker took home the gold and set a new men’s 1500-meter record, while sprinter Gabby Thomas contributed to the USA’s gold medal count with her victory in the women’s 200-meter.
